Quick on his feet and fast as lightning - the Albion's latest star ran rings around the Foxes when he made a guest appearance at Withdean.
The bright-eyed and bushy-tailed rodent proved more than a match for the away side, dashing from one end of the pitch to the other in seconds.
Fans reckon the squirrel was the swiftest to ever grace the field and there were shouts for manager Steve Coppell to sign him up on the spot after his five-minute debut.
They cheered with approval as the little chap darted out from woods behind the South stand during the second half of the Seagulls' pre-season friendly against Leicester City.
And when when he scampered past the defence, the crowd roared for more. Leicester goalkeeper Danny Coyne made a save as the star sped into the penalty area trying to sniff out a goal.
For some fans his lightning skills in the box brought back memories of departed Albion favourite Bobby Zamora.
But there were groans as he ran off into the night in search of better pickings - some said he must be looking to play for Brazil.
Steve Coppell said: "It could only happen here. It was very funny."
