At the meeting of Brighton and Hove City Council on July 17, an excellent motion against the fluoridation of public water was put forward by Green councillor Richard Mallender.

He highlighted how serious health problems have been identified where fluoridation had been used in recent years.

While a clear majority of the council supported the motion, some of the Labour councillors, including Sue John, the deputy leader, voted against.

I wonder if councillor John will support the council's position against fluoridation in her discussions with health professionals?
