Bright City has been a place of chaos and fear since the arrival of the mysterious and devilish super-villain known as The Hawk.

The corrupt mayor and incompetent police do nothing to stop the masked baddie from murdering, burning and thieving her way around a city that has been brought to its knees.

When the unsuspecting Orrydian family arrive in Bright City for a pleasant holiday, their expectations are shattered after the kidnapping of their headstrong daughter Rose.

Could local media magnate George White, whose TV ratings have boomed since the troubles began, be playing a part in the devastating crime wave?

This energetic musical, with a style straight out of the great American comic book, is a bold parody of how the modern media seems to dictate events as much as report them.

The exhilarating choreography and pumping musical score adds up to an adrenaline-filled evening of entertainment - it might ven change the way you look at the media.

Starts 7.30pm, plus Saturday matinee 2.30pm, tickets £8-£10/£6-£8 cons. Call 01273 845635.
