A 94 from Nick Buckley and an unbeaten 45 from Russ Ferrier took the home side to 265-4 in a game reduced to 32 overs.
The visitors found the going tough in reply and eventually conceded on 138-1.
A superb unbeaten 111 by Andy Livermore eased Lancing Manor to victory over Hove Medina.
Dave Smith chipped in with 67 as Manor posted 207-2 after Hove had managed 206-8, with Neil Soffe (61) and Ian Soffe (42 not out) top scoring.
