Two business groups will be joining forces for the first time to examine the changing responsibilities of company directors.
The Sussex Institute of Directors and the premier members' division of Sussex Enterprise will meet at the Arora Hotel in Crawley on Tuesday.
The day will provide an opportunity to make contacts, while solicitors ASB Law and DMH will give short presentations on problem areas and directors' responsibilities.
Members will also have the chance to make short presentations about their own businesses during the breakfast meeting.
