Chichester Business Park is to be officially opened next week.
The 18-acre site is the biggest business space development in the area since the opening of the nearby Rolls-Royce factory.
The development comprises two-story units with distinctive curved roofs in a landscaped setting.
The park was developed by Seward and adjoins the City Fields office development, where Virgin cosmetics and Espicom Business Intelligence have premises.
The first company to move in was computer firm I-Bus, which relocated from a smaller base in Havant, Hampshire.
Operations manager Malcolm Greer said: "Chichester offered the right environment for growth at a time when our development was being potentially hampered by lack of space."
It has been joined by greetings cards company Carte Blanche, which plans to take on more than 100 extra staff now it has moved its headquarters to the park.
The 45,000sqft building has been designed to the company's specification.
