Eastbourne Tory MP Nigel Waterson was today supporting a hospital's new physiotherapy and exercise sessions.
He was due to visit a weekly session at Eastbourne District General Hospital, funded by a millennium grant.
Mr Waterson was set to meet millennium award winner Ian Westgate and other participants while following their exercise routines under senior physiotherapist Debbie Soave.
Mr Westgate, who has multiple sclerosis (MS), set up the sessions to help other MS sufferers in the Eastbourne area.
