The Brighton Philharmonic Orchestra gives up this half of its Saturday evening slot for a very special guest - quite a few of them, in fact.
Sadly, the Dome's organ is still not yet fully reinstalled following the building's refurbishment and accompaniment will be on piano and a chamber organ brought in for the evening.
The choir is world famous for its annual service of the Christmas Festival Of Nine Lessons And Carols broadcast worldwide by the BBC since 1928.
Saturday's concert provides a rare opportunity to see and hear the choir outside its usual venue of King's College Chapel.
The programme includes two settings of the Latin Credo - the great statement of Christian belief - by Dvorak and Rachmaninov as well as sacred songs by Byrd, Purcell, Reger, Brahms, Schubert, Bruckner, Tallis and Gibbons under the direction of the choir's director of music Stephen Cleobury.
