It is good Gareth Stacey, chairman of Hove YMCA, has been honoured by having the new YMCA housing project named after him.
Gareth has not only given service to youth but is also involved with a number of charities for elderly and sick people.
He is a man of strong Christian faith and compassion for all people, worthy of an OBE.
I hope those organisations with which he is involved will approach the appropriate authorities with his recommendation.
