A mystery motorist has become the luckiest driver in Brighton and Hove with no tickets on his illegally parked car.
The ancient Vauxhall Nova has spent two weeks on a yellow line near Brighton Station without being touched by normally-zealous parking attendants while others have been ticketed or towed away.
Other drivers may conclude that keeping an old banger to beat the parking purge is just the ticket.
