In the light of David Northmore's letter in a regional newspaper last week and the letter to my local county councillor last month, I have decided to report West Sussex County Council's David Dewdney to the local government ombudsman for maladministration, abuse of position and misuse of public funds as he is the cabinet member responsible for the library service throughout the county.
This time, I have no doubt of success. It's about time, too.
