I congratulate Bill Grant - best letter for weeks. This council never ceases to amaze me with its audacity.
No doubt a consultation was held behind closed Town Hall doors to ask shopkeepers to make their toilets available.
Was the St James's Street Action Group informed? This loony idea follows all the chaos created throughout the city by the snail-like speed of the contractors engaged in numerous roadworks, causing even more congestion, and the lack of street cleansing. Is the council really fit to run our town - sorry, city?
