Brighton and Hove as parking-ticket capital comes as no surprise.
The conclusion that can be drawn is we must be the capital for illegal parkers, too.
Allowing for mistakes, there are still examples of inconsiderate and dangerous parking.
There are safety issues here and the council has had to act to prevent parking which is a danger to others.
