Seven cars set on fire in less than seven weeks around Cecil Road, Lancing, but the council won't turn on the street lights as this is a quiet road and "nothing ever happens".
Last Thursday night, I saw a car explode at the East Street end, a blue Astra set on fire at the Penhill Road entrance and a young, very tall white man running away. A beach hut on Beach Green was set on fire at the same time. Who sets these cars alight at around 3am?
