Teaming top talent from the thriving local comedy scene with an eclectic grab-bag of up-and-coming bands, Fubar is set to tweak everybody's joy buttons.
Hosted by Dan Urben, October's debut night launches with gut-busting comedy from a host of top performers.
The line-up includes circuit regular and Krater stalwart Pierre Hollins, the ubiquitous raconteur Kevin Precious and award-winning Eric Page.
Brighton legend Adam Acidophilous will be also be along to regale the crowd with his classic fables and twisted songs.
Coming from an equally funny but completely different comedy ballpark altogether is headliner Glen Richardson.
Described by Jerry Sadowitz as a genius, Glen is that rarest of comedy creatures: A one-off, hilarious comic who magically turns the humble craft into an art form.
Topping off the night is a set from blues heroes Smokestack.
If that wasn't enough, you can find love amid the laughter in Fubar's own take on Blind Date - so be prepared for some hardcore audience participation.
This will be the only Fubar this year but the promoter, Brighton Fringe Festival, hopes to make it a regular fixture in the Komedia programme next year.
Tickets cost £5/£6. Call 01273 647100.
