Thank you, Brighton and Hove City Council, for your quick response to the graffiti in Hove Park.
These are the first steps in protecting the park from vandalism and ensuring it retains its popularity, not least as a venue for the numerous events staged there.
Members of the residents' association have identified a number of utility boxes and street furniture in the area that need cleaning up and have tackled small amounts of graffiti ourselves as well and are willing to continue to do so.
We will be supporting the excellent initiative of the Street Doctors scheme.
