Much has been said recently about whether we should or should not use force against Saddam Hussein to thwart his efforts to produce biological, chemical and nuclear arsenals.
Why would he want to do this in the first place against the might of the US?
It is to protect his country, as is his right, against any tyranny - which the US appears to be in this case, in its endless efforts to protect its oil income.
It could prove disastrous to the US economy should Iraq set an embargo, which the US has done vice versa.
If Mr Bush and Mr Blair have such a high moral stance on nuclear substances, why have more than 200 tons of plutonium just reached our shores at Sellafield through the Irish Sea from Japan?
Such hypocrisy from our leaders makes me want to weep.
