The story about the mechanical digger destroying a garden (August 19) defies belief.
The destruction is bad enough but the idea that this is meant to be seen as entertaining enough to be a TV show is offensive.
To add insult to injury, this programme is being made by the BBC - so our taxes are being used to fund damage that many yobs would find difficult to achieve.
It's enough to make Julie Burchill look creative.
