A man has appeared in court charged with indecent assault and the alleged abduction of a ten-year-old boy in Bognor.
Anthony Valentine, 46, of Boltro Road, Haywards Heath, appeared at Chichester Crown Court today for a plea and directions hearing.
He is charged with abduction, indecent assault and kidnapping.
The case was adjourned until October 2.
