Eddie Mitchell broke the law, just as much as if he had burgled a house.
He did it deliberately on the chance that the authorities would be too busy to catch you.
Now he wants to waste more of the same authority's time by raising this hare of a no-hat warden.
He is typical of the worst of motorists who see breaking the law as a legitimate pastime. Do us all a favour - shut up.
