A Worthing man accused of causing death by dangerous driving has been committed to crown court.
Marco Guarnieri, 25, of Guildford Road, Worthing, is alleged to have caused the death of 17-year-old Philippo Erba of Haynes Road, Worthing, on April 12 this year.
At Worthing Magistrates' Court yesterday Guarnieri was committed to Chichester Crown Court for a plea and directions hearing on August 29.
He was given unconditional bail.
