Businesses in Brighton and Hove want more say on the running of traffic management and parking.
Federation of Small Businesses co-ordinator Ken Steven said 81 per cent of members in Brighton and Hove said their businesses had suffered following the introduction of parking restrictions and charges.
He said: "Some 37 per cent said the parking scheme had made them consider relocating to another area.
"Some had changed the way they do business to the extent of excluding calls to homes and businesses in the city centre."
