A story with a happy ending. Last Sunday, my car was stuck in some mud at Wiston Pond.
We were thinking what to do when the Steyning Fire Brigade came past.
On seeing we were in trouble, they very kindly stopped and, within minutes, just lifted the car out of the mud and all was well.
We are most grateful to them for their kindness.
