Former champion jockey Michael Roberts has been cleared of an alleged attack on his partner.
Two charges of common assault and one of malicious wounding were withdrawn at Eastbourne Magistrates' Court yesterday.
The court was told Mr Roberts, 57, of Bodle Street, Hailsham, had reconciled his differences with his partner.
