Travellers who have moved to a Brighton park are likely to face legal action.
The travellers arrived at Stanmer Park with 39 vehicles during the weekend.
Brighton and Hove City Council can take action through the county court to evict them unless they move themselves.
Last week, 27 travellers' vehicles were forced off a site at Devil's Dyke Road.
Travellers who arrived at Stanmer Park last month were given a week's grace because a child was undergoing hospital treatment.
