Jo Roffey is a grandmother who lives in Eastbourne and has been married for more than 40 years.
As a teenager she went to Soho night spots, fell in love with Elvis Presley and wore provocative clothes.
Now Jo is appearing in a TV documentary about what it was like to be a teenager in the Fifties and Sixties.
Despite letting millions share her secrets in this documentary, Jo feels calm about it and nothing like the title of the first episode, All Shook Up.
