Any clown needs a straight man. Graffoe, comedy-circuit veteran, has a virtuoso Italian guitarist.
Antonio Forcione is so talented he comes close to upstaging the clown. His lightning-fast hands turn his guitar into a combination of bass, rhythm and lead guitars and percussion.
Performing his own compositions, inspired by blues and African beats, he uses every part of the guitar, including the loose ends of the strings beyond the fretboard.
This provides a unique soundtrack to Graffoe's clowning, an improvised mix of off-beam politics and utter buffoonery.
