Our councillors, in whom I have very little confidence, are allowing the Aquarium Terraces, Brighton, to be turned into cheap amusement arcades, despite the fact the police have advised against it.
Why is it they think they know better than anyone else?
If they are chasing city of culture status, surely this is a contradiction?
