As a worker at Gatwick Airport, I must say I take great exception to your article on the front page of Friday's edition of The Argus.

The aviation industry has suffered enough during the past few months and passenger confidence is beginning to return, but to see "Jets five seconds from disaster" and "Passengers in shock after Gatwick scare" plastered across the page even after your article quoted comments from the CAA's Richard Wright indicating the event reported was a "go-around" and the pilots were in full control, makes me angry.

Was this just an attempt to sell more papers?
