Two men have appeared at Brighton Magistrates' Court in connection with the death of Danny Collard in Brighton.
Unemployed Derry Davis, 20, of Hillside, Moulsecoomb, Brighton, was charged with murder, causing grievous bodily harm and affray. He was remanded in custody.
Unemployed Lee Smith, 32, of Woodleigh Road, Bradley Barton, Devon, was charged with affray.
He was released on conditional bail.
Both men will appear at Lewes Crown Court on April 9 at 9.30am for a preliminary hearing.
Danny's body was found in Southdown Avenue, Brighton on March 22.
