Comic Terry Garoghan has got the hump because the newly-refurbished Brighton Dome won't let him perform without a live band.
He has performed his show, Brighton the Musical, which involves some singing, at the famous venue before, using a backing tape.
But now The Dome's management, custodians of a complex which has just undergone a £22 million refit, have ruled that a backing tape isn't acceptable.
One of Terry's songs is All You Need is Hove, sung to the classic Beatles track All You Need is Love.
Maybe Yesterday (All My Troubles Seemed So Far Away) would be more appropriate.
