A man has been charged with the murder of 20-year-old bank worker Daniel Collard, who died from a knife wound.
Unemployed Derry Davis, 20, of Hillside, Moulsecoomb, Brighton, was also charged with attempted grievous bodily harm with intent and affray.
Unemployed Lee Smith, 32, of Springfield Road, Brighton, was charged with affray.
Both men are in police custody and will appear before Brighton magistrates on Saturday.
Mr Collard, of Lower Bevendean Avenue, Brighton, died at the Royal Sussex County Hospital following an incident in Southdown Avenue, Brighton, last Friday.
