An Eastbourne teenager has been viciously attacked for his mobile phone.
The 15-year-old was confronted by a mob of six youths as he made a call close to his home in Mountfield Road, Eastbourne, close to the Harvey Moon pub.
He was repeatedly punched in the face before being thrown to the ground and kicked at 1.20am on Sunday.
His attackers fled towards Lottbridge Drive with his £60 Nokia 3210 phone.
One was 5ft 9in tall and wore a dark coloured polo-neck top.
