Arundel-based Futuremedia's learning management tools have helped Consignia to win the Personnel Today e-learning award.
Consignia, formerly the Post Office, used Futuremedia's Solstra system to create an online training environment for its 31 business units and ultimately intends to use e-learning to help train its 200,000 staff in new products, services and systems.
Time, cost, geography and sheer employee numbers had previously limited the level and speed of delivery of training to its employees.
Nigel Marsh, Consignia's e-learning management services manager, said: "Our relationship with Futuremedia is highly proactive and much more about partnership than traditional customer-supplier links.
"Receiving this recognition for our work is a clear indication of how well the partnership has worked."
