Two of Sussex's minnows aim to hit the heights when BA Wingspan tackle a former RAF jet pilot and his men.
Wingspan meet Sussex Two West rivals Midhurst, whose skipper Phil Luxton is a pilot, in the Sussex Junior Plate final at Seaford on Sunday (2pm).
Wingspan have the better track record.
Victory for Midhurst would crown what is already shaping up be the finest season in their 21-year history.
They lost all 12 games last season and their main claim to fame is that under Luxton's leadership, they have soared into the top half of the table this time round.
At 39, the skipper admits his side have a high average age but added: "We are getting some younger players in now and that is vital to our future."
Newick's National Junior Cup adventure continues with a trip to Sheppey tomorrow (2pm). They host Hellingly in the Sussex Intermediate Shield the following afternoon.
Skipper Liam Craig-Davies is their main doubt with a stiff back. The village side are making a day of it and will take a coach to the tie in Kent.
Sussex is guaranteed a presence in the last 32 of the National Intermediate Cup by tomorrow's tussle between East Grinstead and Horsham in Saint Hill.
Underdogs Horsham will be at full strength and skipper Guy Hannell promised: "We will give it a really good go."
Eastbourne were grateful for home advantage when they were paired with London Two North outfit Ipswich.
Matt Bremer completes a three-week ban after being sent-off in the last round.
