A group of children had a narrow escape when a branch crashed on to their school bus.
The branch also brought a power cable down on to the roof of the bus in Spronkett's lane, Warninglid, yesterday.
None of the children were hurt but they had to wait for another bus to take them home.
Seeboard was called to deal with the power cable.
