Kelly Preston (Letters, October 2) says the vilification of Councillor Bassam by the campaign against an elected mayor is a disgrace.
I have not read anything in the No literature that is not a demonstrable fact.
However, even if some of it were found to be untrue, I would have to say, as one of the many people whom Bassam has vilified in order to save his own political skin, he would only be getting a taste of his own medicine.
