We may have a lot more parking enforcers but I never see them in Brighton and Hove City centre and there has been no change to the chaos on Kings Road during the rush hour.
It is still virtually gridlocked every evening eastbound between 5pm and 6pm because of people parking on double-yellow lines.
Isn't it about time the miscreants are made to pay for their misdemeanours and our misery, or are the attendants too scared to incur some abuse.
