A man has been charged with disturbing human remains under legislation banning the plunder of military graves.
Andrew Saunders, 46, of Hastings, has been charged under the Protection of Military Remains Act 1986.
Today as part of the inquiry, the remains of wartime pilot Ted Kosh and his Tempest fighter were being exhumed from a field near Winchelsea, where it crashed in July 1944.
