Travellers will be told to move on from Furnace Green after Crawley Council was granted an eviction order.
The council has received many complaints since the travellers set up camp between Norwich Road and the main Brighton to London railway line.
They moved there after the council told them to move on from Tilgate Park, Crawley.
Magistrates heard the travellers had failed to comply with a direction to leave Furnace Green and granted an order allowing the council to enter the site and evict them under the Public Order Act.
