Our councillors should make a journey to Farnham, Surrey, to see how its councillors run this small town in a very efficient way.
No beggars and no dossers.
In passing, I would mention the Clock Tower, opposite the Ladies Mile Hotel in Patcham, has a west-facing dial that has shown 4.20 for the past two years.
I am sure the councillors are always on time to indent for their expenses and wages.
