I, too, think it is high time something was done about the large number of seagulls.
Brighton's North Laine area is full of them screaming and swooping all around. It is impossible to sit quietly on your patio. It's frightening too. As for the chewed-up black rubbish bags, it is a disgrace.
And I blame Brighton and Hove City Council for allowing the opening of so many cafs and restaurants with outside tables and chairs.
Now a bakery is going to open with, of course, seats outside. How the birds will enjoy that lovely fresh-bread smell and, of course, it's right in the middle of dwelling houses.
The council must be mad.
