An East Sussex man has been charged with drug trafficking in Spain.
Rodney Blaskett, 43, of Hailsham, was held on remand in Barcelona after civil guards allegedly found drugs in his car.
A Foreign Office spokesman said he was visited yesterday by consular officials.
He is now awaiting trial.
