James Alexander, from Hove, has launched a singing career and has already been dubbed The Boy Sinatra.
He has the sure hand of his grandfather, Barry Mishon, to guide him in a business notorious for being unpredictable.
We wish James all the best. But should his career ever falter, he could always join his estate agent dad Glenn Mishon in a business that's as safe as houses.
