Funny how the West Sussex County Council cabinet member for education and the arts, Neil Matthewson (Con, Holbrook) can find £19 million for the education budget (January 22).
Not so funny is how Councillor 'hot meals' Matthewson couldn't find £500,000 to save the hot school meal service in 1999.
