Crawley will stage an England under-15s international next month and a report of the national team's performance will be relayed to Sven-Goran Eriksson.
England face Holland and Germany take on Spain in a double header at Broadfield Stadium on February 22. FA spokesperson Adrian Cooper said: "Sven will be keen to speak to the age group coaching staff about their performance. I don't know his plans and obviously his priority is the national senior team, but he may well come to Crawley.
"We picked Broadfield Stadium because we wanted a small ground to create a good atmosphere. Also, we needed a club with a good infrastructure. The tournament will be held at three venues, including Rushden and Diamonds and Southend."
Crawley are fast developing links with the governing body. They hosted training for England under-16s and, in 1998, a semi-professional match between England and Holland.
They provided facilities for England women's team before their European play-off match against the Ukraine last year.
Managing director Steve Duly said: "England coming to Crawley is a prestige thing for us and if Sven decides to come along, he will be well looked after.
"It is good for us, Sussex and Crawley Borough who had the forethought to build the stadium. We have a capacity of 4,979 but to an eight or nine year old it would be like going into a Premiership ground. The club is building bridges and hopefully will get a few more fans."
Liverpool trained at the Broadfield before their Worthington Cup semi-final defeat against Crystal Palace last week.
