Playwright Brian Behan from Brighton has launched a campaign against marriage, calling it a most dangerous occupation for both men and women.
He believes these days when most people live so long it can develop into a lengthy form of slavery.
Brian, brother of the late Irish author Brendan Behan, has not always held such strong views about matrimony.
He thought it was so good he did it twice.
