Chartered accountants Mazars Neville Russell's Brighton office acted as
reporting accountants for South East commercial property agents Stiles Harold Williams during the firm's acquisition of two new businesses.
The deal involved surveyors and property agents Clay Newbold and Partners of Staines, and Slough-based Read Commercial. The firms have a combined turnover of about £800,000.
Senior partner Robert Stiles said the acquisition will strengthen the presence of Stiles Harold Williams in an important business area and consolidate their position in the M4 corridor.
