An organisation aimed at building stronger trading links between local businesses is setting up a branch in south Sussex.
The Business Network already has more than 30 branches across the UK and the inaugural meeting is at the Thistle Hotel, Brighton, on Thursday, November 29.
The lunch period is facilitated so that each entrepreneur has the opportunity to exchange business cards and make a short pitch to the others on their table.
Already, 62 businesses have booked places.
South Sussex Business Network director Andy Relf said: "It works well, with members reporting successful business deals after just one lunch."
