In response to several queries, I would like to clarify my recent remarks regarding Brighton and Hove Bus and Coach Company (Opinion, November 7). Before I retired, I worked on Brighton Transport for 27 years. In comparison with the way it was managed and supervised, Brighton and Hove is inefficient. How many complaints do we read about its service?
